Royal Quinoa is a pseudo-cereal grown in the Andes Mountains, mainly in Bolivia and Peru. Pleasant taste and smooth texture. Easy to cook and versatile in the kitchen

* A very nutritious and energetic food.

* Rich in protein and minerals such as iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and calcium; as well as B-complex vitamins, vitamin C, E, thiamine and rivoflavin.

Instructions for use:

- Clean with cold water.

- Cook covered and without stirring for 20 minutes over a low heat.

- 2 parts water to 1 part quinoa

- Remove and rest for 5 minutes.
