The Color Sublime Coloring and Care System includes Cream Oil Developer, an oil-based oxidant that provides smooth colors and hair care during the procedure.
For best results (staining + care), always use Revlonissimo Color Sublime Oil Developer. Not suitable for use in combination with other brands of professional cosmetics (dyes and oxidants).
Mixing ratio: 1: 1 (XL service 75 ml + 75 ml = 150 ml).
Oil Cream Developer:
- 15 vol. (4.5%) the staining is darker, tone by tone and up to 1 tone;
- Lighter than 25 vol. (7.5%) staining with 50% gray and up to 2 shades lighter;
- 35 vol. (10.5%) staining up to 3 shades is lighter.
For Tone Level 9 shades, use 1: 2 mix if you want to achieve a brighter result in the absence or low percentage of gray. The degree of clarification always depends on the natural base and structure of the hair. PH of the mixture 10 - 11.
